Patient comes in for dizziness and near syncope and in 3rd degree heart block. Requires treatment for bradycardia and when he worsens, pacing. Transcutaneous and transvenous pacing are required in the case. Diagnosis includes Lyme carditis and 3rd degree heart block.

May also assist with the pacing as directed by the team leader. d)Consultant: To be played by a faculty member and only available for questions and disposition following proper placing of transvenous pacemaker.
