Jose Torresdrjdt26@yahoo.com42I liked the case since it covered a diagnosis that usually appears years later after missed diagnosis, when there was a small rent in the diaphragm. will try to have ultrasound images obtained for future use of this case, especially with the new emphasis on ultrasound of the chest to diagnosis pneumothorax and hemothorax. it would be interesting to get peristalsis recorded on ultrasound when scanning this simulated patient's chest.Nov 26, 2008
