Learning objectives a) Primary i) Demonstrate and describe the optimal management for acute pulmonary edema ii) Discuss the pharmacologic options and their relative utility and adverse events in the management of acute pulmonary edema b) Secondary i) Avoid attribution bias by recognizing patient does not have asthma exacerbation ii) Describe the utility and use of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation iii) Recognize potential to wean pt from noninvasive ventilation and thus avoid ICU admission for patient
